1. These terms

These terms govern your use of the website lazycat.media (the “Site”), operated by Lazy Cat Media OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is

The Site is an informational page about the Company and its products. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, a quotation, or professional advice. Our products — including Erudio (erudio.ink) and Lazy PA (lazy-pa.com) — are separate services governed by their own terms, which apply when you use them; these terms do not apply to those services.

3. Intellectual property

The content of the Site — including text, the Lazy Cat Media name and logo, and product names — is owned by the Company or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding or content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at disruptive volume, or using it in any way that is unlawful or harms the Company or third parties.

5. Third-party links

The Site links to other websites, including our own products. Those sites are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

6. Enquiries about services

If you contact us about web or IT work, any engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and the Company. Nothing on the Site, and no reply to an enquiry, creates a contract by itself.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We take care to keep its content accurate, but we make no warranties about its completeness, accuracy, or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

We may update the Site and these terms from time to time. The current version, with its “last updated” date, is always published on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law
